Ty Norwood Jr  - Actor, Director, Producer

Ty Norwood Jr., grew up in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was introduced to the theater at 10 years old when he got a lead part in his school play called Vanessa and The Bully. Afterwards, He  attended workshops at the Freedom Theater and worked closely with the Young Playwrights of Philadelphia until attending college at East Stroudsburg University where he minored in Film and Theater and majored in Political Science. After graduating, he has been booked in independent films, shorts, and student films. He travels to New York for 90% of his work and sometimes to Chicago where he is currently attending the DePaul University Master’s program at John Pallotta's Studio of Acting.
